The court papers have been signed and, after a six-month waiting period, the 14-month marriage between one of Hollywood's more interesting couples will officially be over. Katy Perry and Russell Brand -- who announced their split Dec. 30 -- have reached a "comprehensive written settlement of all issues" in their divorce, according to documents filed Tuesday with the Los Angeles Superior Court. And, judging by the smiley face Perry, 27, included when putting her John Hancock on the papers, it looks to be an amicable parting of ways.
